What is Credit By Exam (CBE)?
Students can receive credits for high school courses in which they demonstrate mastery of course content by taking the course exam(s). ASI offers a variety of options for high school credit by exam.
Credit By Examination does not satisfy the NCAA core course requirement.

Tests can only be taken one time per subject.

All exams are computer-based and will be taken online.

CBEs are not considered Honors or Advanced Placement credits.

Students must earn 70% on the CBE to be awarded credit.

Grades are posted with the letter grade to reflect the percentage scored.

If a student fails, failed student scores are not posted to the student’s transcript.
